Please email reference photos to: hello@nelliele.com with your order number in the subject line or reply to your order confirmation email. Cats eyes are very reflective; please state the color of your cat's eyes if it's not super obvious in photos. If you have a preference for the background color, please state it in the email. Otherwise, I will randomly choose a color that complements your cat. You do have the option to choose no background (plain paper), but only if your cat is not white.

You will receive an email with the estimated shipping date once you send me photos.

I will send you a photo of the finished piece for your approval prior to shipping.

This item ships via USPS Priority Mail (which includes insurance) for orders within the US.
